JP NAGOYA

JP Nagoya's work centers around branding and designing a space of 2000 square meters, including cafeterias, coffee shop, conference rooms, lounge areas.  The space has been designed exclusively for employees that hold an office in the building, which has access to one of Japan's largest terminal station in Nagoya.  Following the opening of JP Nagoya as a project led from UDS Ltd., it has been referred to and inspired similar office tower developments. 
 

名古屋駅直結のオフィスタワービル「JPタワー名古屋」の途中階、約700坪のオフィス入居企業の就業者向けの共用フロア（ラウンジ、食堂、カフェ、会議室等で構成）のブランディング、インテリアデザインを担当しました。

ハイエンドホテルのラウンジも凌駕するようなラウンジ空間等、各種の機能に対して誰もが期待するイメージをさらに超えることを目指しながら、機能ごとのシーンを形作りました。
オフィスタワー開発における付加価値のひとつとして現在ではスタンダードとなっている「オフィスサポートフロア」の先行事例として、多くの不動産開発企業に参照されています。
